Heyo! Alyssa Vice.

Therapist. Listener. Straight-Shooter with a Soft Touch.
With decades of life experience and deep clinical training, I specialize in walking alongside adults navigating the hard stuff—whether it’s the impact of aging, grief, caregiving, or substance use. My clients range from older adults adjusting to life transitions, to people who’ve used substances to cope and are ready for something different.

My style is warm, grounded, and real. I’ll hold space with care, but I won’t tiptoe around the truth when it matters. I believe healing comes from both honesty and safety—so we’ll dance between the two as needed. Together, we’ll unpack the patterns, build tools, and move at your pace toward change that sticks.

Whether you're just beginning to ask questions or already deep in the work, you’ll be met with respect, curiosity, and support that meets you where you are.

If we’re a fit, we’ll face the tough stuff together. If not, I’ll help connect you with the right support. We’ll try different tools, get creative, and keep going until things start to shift. You won’t have to do it alone.

Outside of individual and family therapy, I offer other services...

👨‍👩‍👧 Parent Support for Substance Use

Parenting a child or teen who’s struggling with substance use can feel isolating and overwhelming. We offer a space for parents to be heard, get real answers, and learn supportive strategies—without blame or shame. You’re not alone, and you don’t have to do this without support.

🧓 Caregiver Support for Older Adults

Caring for an aging parent or partner can be rewarding—and incredibly heavy. We help caregivers navigate grief, role changes, decision-making, and burnout with guidance that’s compassionate and practical. You deserve support, too.

🧠 Cognitive Wellness & Memory Screening

Curious about memory changes in yourself or a loved one? I offer specialized assessments to explore cognitive health—gently, thoroughly, and without judgment. These screenings can help clarify what’s going on, guide next steps, and give peace of mind in uncertain times.

🎓 Clinical Supervision with Depth & Direction

Whether you’re a new therapist finding your voice or a seasoned clinician working through complex cases, supervision with me is collaborative, honest, and deeply grounded. I specialize in supporting providers navigating substance use, geriatric mental health, life transitions, and ethical decision-making.

Expect a space where you can bring your questions, reflect without judgment, and walk away with tools—not just talk. We’ll focus on what really matters: your growth, your integrity, and the impact you make.
